WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT BACK ANY ORDER FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND!
You may request to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it was not untied, tried on, tampered with or used in any way.
We want the process to be easy for you so just follow the 3 simple steps!
1. Hair must be returned in original state so unworn and unused. This includes wearing, cutting, washing or styling the hair in anyway. This also means that you can't try on the hair - even if briefly as you must understand this is a hygienic product.
2. It must be returned in its retail box packaging. All our extensions are presented in clear packets or a retail box so you can be sure you have the correct hair before removing it from the gold banding and backing card. If you remove the hair and remove the bonds that tie it up, it is ineligible for return under any circumstances. You may slide the hair out of the box to check the colour, that is no problem!
3. Finally! You, the customer, are responsible for all returns postage costs sending the item back to us and we cannot offer a refund or exchange until the item arrives back to our premises. But we will action all refund and exchanges typically the same say / within 24 hours of the product arriving back to us - as long as all they arrive in excellent condition of course!

I could not recommend these hair extensions enough! I have purchased extensions before but this time I wanted them longer and in blonde to match my new hair colour. I purchased Full Head, Remy Mixed Blonde #18/613 in 20 and i am in love with them. Also, the delivery was quick and painless. I ordered them on Wednesday at around 7pm and they arrived on Friday at 1.30pm. I was a bit hasty as to the colour that i was going to order but i sent Halo a photo and they got back to me with a friendly reply within a day recommending me towards my chosen colour. There are slight multi-tonal aspects to the extensions which make them suitable to your hair even if you do order them a colour out! So soft, Halo's hair is comfortable and doesn't fall out when you style or brush it.
