We do not care if they are from ourselves or any other hair extension brands!

Simply contact us for a specific returns form before sending anything back!

Any hair you send to us will be disposed of and off an not re-used

T&C’s

Old hair will not be returned to the sender, it is immediately destroyed on site when returned to us.

We can help with a colour recommendation from our website, we are sorry but cannot match up to the extensions you send back due to the variety of colours in other companies.

We are happy to accept any new item back for an exchange or refund as long as it has not been tried on, tampered with or removed from the gold banding.

You are only allowed one hair return within 12months - this means one discount code per customer per year.

Discount code is NON transferable and the order must be made in the customers name who sent the hair back.

Discount code will be valid until redeemed by the customer and once redeemed will be void.

You must pay to send your item back.
