How does this work?
You can pay for your order 14 or 30 days after shipping, depending on the store. If you request is accepted, we will send you an email with payment instructions once your order is shipped. Can I send my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. You can enter a separate delivery address at the checkout. We recommend that if you are new to Klarna and you haven’t used the Pay later with Klarna option before, you should have your first order delivered to your billing address. This maximizes the chances of your purchase being accepted.

How do I make a payment?
You can pay for your purchases whenever you want. Simply log in here and make a secure payment with either a debit or credit card. Logging in is quick and easy, just follow these three steps:

The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

Can I pay before the due date?Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your purchase early, simply log in here, go to the order page and select "Pay off early"
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
Once the merchant has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
You'll need to provide the following : - Your phone number - Email Address - Current billing address - A valid debit/credit card All correspondence would be sent to your email address however, your mobile number is required should we need to reach you. It's important that all this information is up to date otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?As soon as the merchant has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.What happens if I don’t pay for my order?Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be taken in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to Klarna. If the automatic payment fails, we will make another attempt to collect payment two days later. If this also fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order, which will become payable 15 days later.Can I change the card used to make payment?Your second and third payments will be automatically taken from the card that you entered during the checkout process.
